Returns:
Nevada Glassworks LTD hopes you will love and cherish your purchases! However, in case you are not satisfied
or if you have received damaged goods, please notify us within 7 days that you want to return your purchase. The
item must be returned back to Nevada Glassworks LTD within 14 days. Please make sure that your return is in a
securely wrapped package and should be prepaid by you, the customer. If possible, your return should be in the
original packaging. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns so it is extremely important that
you use a shipping method with adequate tracking capabilities. After receiving your return, we will automatically
reimburse your credit card or Paypal account or if you desire, we will process a replacement order . Your
satisfaction is very important to us so Nevada Glassworks LTD will take care of the costs of UPS ground shipping
of the replacement item.
